Corporate Energy Regulation Program

Most companies invest in performance. Few invest in physiological regulation before performance begins to decline.
Burnout rarely starts with exhaustion
It usually begins with a long period of unnoticed stress accumulation and internal dysregulation. Over time, this imbalance can affect concentration, productivity, decision-making, motivation, and team dynamics. Eventually, it may lead to long recovery periods, medical leave, and significant financial and operational costs for the organization.
The Corporate Energy Regulation Program is designed as a preventive wellbeing strategy that supports employees in maintaining internal balance and resilience in demanding work environments.
Using techniques derived from biomagnetism, the program helps support the body's natural regulatory systems, assisting employees in maintaining a more stable physiological balance under stress. When the body is better regulated, people can often sustain higher levels of clarity, focus, and sustainable performance.
This program is not therapy, and it does not replace medical care. It is a structured preventive regulation approach, delivered through short, controlled sessions designed to support the body's ability to recover from daily stress load.
In many cases, just two sessions per employee can significantly support the body’s stress-recovery mechanisms, helping reduce the risk of long-term dysregulation that may lead to burnout.
Compared to the financial and cultural cost of even a single long-term burnout case, this program represents a small proactive investment with potentially large organizational benefits.
Beyond productivity, companies that actively support employee wellbeing often experience improvements in:
• Workplace atmosphere and collaboration
• Employee engagement and motivation
• Stress resilience in demanding periods
• Reduced absenteeism and recovery time
• Long-term organizational stability
Because every company operates differently, the program can be adapted to the specific rhythm and needs of each organization. It can be implemented in three main formats:
1. Preventive Regulation Program
Designed for companies with a moderate workload that want to prevent stress accumulation and fatigue before it becomes a problem. Regular sessions help employees maintain balance and sustain energy throughout the year. In this program there are 2 sessions per employee offered in a time frame of 2 to 6 weeks. This program applies for groups from 2 to 20 employees per block.
2. High-Demand Environment Support
Created for organizations with high levels of responsibility, pressure, or intensive work cycles, where burnout risk is more common. In this format, sessions focus on helping employees regulate stress and support recovery during demanding periods. This program offers 3 sessions per employee in a time frame of 3 to 6 weeks. This program applies for groups from 2 to 20 employees per block.
3. Continuous Wellbeing Program
A comprehensive wellbeing strategy focused on long-term benefits, providing sessions as an integral component of a consistent corporate wellbeing initiative that fosters balance, resilience, and sustainable performance. This program includes 6 sessions per employee annually, available in two flexible options: either 3 sessions twice a year or 2 sessions three times a year. This program applies for groups from 20 to 40 employees. Additionally, participants can enjoy a discounted rate when scheduling appointments outside of the Company's program.
Supporting employee wellbeing is not only a human decision — it is also a strategic one.
When people maintain better internal balance, organizations often experience greater stability, stronger performance, and healthier work environments.
A small investment in prevention today can help avoid significant financial and human costs tomorrow.
